We recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and large groups. However, we can accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability.
You can bring non-alcoholic beverages and snacks to enjoy before/after your session. No food or drinks allowed in the rage room for safety reasons. Alcohol is not permitted on premises.
Participants aged 13-17 can join with a parent or legal guardian present who signs waivers and supervises. The guardian can participate or just supervise from outside.
We don't provide catering, but you're welcome to bring decorations for your group area (outside the rage room). We can help coordinate with local caterers if needed.
Cancellations made 72+ hours in advance receive full refund. 24-72 hours: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours: no refund. We understand emergencies—contact us to discuss.
