By booking a session or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Age Requirements
- Participants must be 18 years or older to participate without supervision
- Participants aged 13-17 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian who signs a waiver
- Children under 13 are not permitted in the rage room
- Valid ID may be required for age verification
3. Safety Requirements
All participants must:
- Attend a mandatory safety briefing before entering the rage room
- Wear all provided safety equipment at all times during the session
- Wear closed-toe shoes (NO sandals, heels, or open-toed footwear)
- Follow all instructions from staff members
- Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Not have medical conditions that could be aggravated by physical activity
Important: Pregnant women cannot participate for safety reasons.
4. Liability Waiver
By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Rage room activities involve inherent risks
- You participate at your own risk
- RageRoom X is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety rules
- You release RageRoom X from all claims, demands, and damages
- You have adequate health insurance coverage
5. Booking & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations:
- 24+ hours notice: Full refund
- 24 hours or less: No refund, but may reschedule once
- No-shows: Forfeit payment
Rescheduling:
- Free rescheduling with 24+ hours notice
- One free reschedule within 30 days
- Contact us at (347) 227-65-00 to reschedule
6. Payment Terms
- Payment is required at time of booking
- We accept major credit/debit cards
- Gift cards never expire
- All prices are in USD and subject to change
- No refunds for partially used sessions
7. Prohibited Conduct
Participants may not:
- Remove safety equipment during sessions
- Bring weapons, hazardous materials, or illegal substances
- Act aggressively toward staff or other participants
- Damage room structure or fixtures intentionally
- Ignore staff instructions or safety protocols
- Throw items at walls, ceiling, or windows
Violation of these rules may result in immediate session termination without refund and potential ban from the facility.
8. Photography & Video
- Participants may take photos/videos during their session
- By participating, you consent to being photographed by staff for safety monitoring
- RageRoom X may use photos/videos for marketing (you can opt-out)
- Professional 360° video recording available as add-on
9. Personal Items
- You may bring your own items to smash (with prior approval)
- No hazardous materials, liquids, chemicals, or flammable items
- Contact us before bringing personal items
- RageRoom X is not responsible for items you bring
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RageRoom X shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
